Team Members at Sandals South Coast are still on a high following the resort’s Annual Prestige Awards themed Rising Stars…Inspired to Win, which saw the presentation of nineteen awards.
The top Awardees of the night were; ClubSandals Concierge, Laura Smith, who was presented with the Diamond Team Member of the Year Award; Bartender, Annakay Thompson, the Platinum Team Member of the Year; Rocio Graham, The MVP (Manager) of the Year; Supervisor, Trevaughn Merritt, All Rounder of the Year and the Engineering team, which took the Department of the Year Award.
An additional 14 Awards were presented. Winners in the Monthly Award Categories were Mover and Shaker, Alreian Adams; Legendary Team Member, Deshae Rapheal; Circle of Joy Awardee, Delessa Farquharson; Sandals Foundation Sentinel, Valrie Davis and Earth Guardian of the Year, Odaine Kelly.
Among the other nine special awards presented were the Heart of the House and Pace Setter Awards presented to Landscaper, Cher Stewart, and the Sushi Restaurant team respectively.
For their hard work throughout 2017, the Awardees received complimentary stays at Sandals resorts with paid vacation, the latest electronics, cash prizes, engraved awards and framed certificates among other prizes.
